Evangelistic Block Party Trailer

The Evangelistic Block Party Trailer is available for use by Mountain and Western Association churches and partnering ministries. It was delivered with the following components: a propane grill, gas generator, inflatable jump house, sound system w/ one microphone, popcorn machine, snow cone machine, and a cotton candy machine. Using associational funds we have added three tables, an ice chest, two propane bottles, an assortment of carnival games, and maintenance supplies.

Supplies such as a music source (CD player, etc) and evangelistic tracts / resources should be supplied by the users. Consumables (popcorn, cotton candy floss, snow cone syrup, food and paper products) and carnival prizes should also be supplied by the users. Users should not expect to find any comnsumables for use on the trailer.

Current policies and user documents are available for download here. All groups using the trailer should pay a $100 fee per event to support maintenance and repair of the trailer and its contents.

How to Book the Trailer:

1) Call or e-mail the Western Baptist Association secretary, Karen Turnbo, to verify the trailer's availability on a given date.

2) Download the EBPT Policies and Documents from this page (see below).

3) Mail documents with the user fee to the Mountain & Western Association Office, PO Box 2496, Milan, NM 87021.

4) Your date will be held for a maximum of 7 days while you prepare the documents. If documents are not in the office after 7 days, the date will be listed as open until your documents arrive or another church secures the date.

We anticipate this trailer being a blessing to our churches as we engage our communities for the cause of Christ.
